IMPORTANT NOTE: No country flags or maps to be displayed within any stand. Organisers have the right for removal upon site inspection.

NEW Process for MEBAA 2026: Please note that a refundable security deposit cheque of USD$5,500 per double storey chalet unit needs to be paid before access to the chalets will be permitted. This can be delivered onsite in-person, from build-up day 1 (16 November 2026) to the outdoor operations organisers office.
